Due to corona virus restrictions we are having to change the way our appointments operate. These have been introduced to help protect the safety of both clients and staff. Please do not be offended by these changes, as soon as restrictions ease we will look into altering accordingly.
We will be working to an appointment system only. We will not admit anyone without an appointment, whether that be bride, maid, flowergirl or accessories. We respectfully ask that you adhere to these measures. We resevre the right to refuse admittance to any party not adhering to these measures. Toilets will not be avaialble. We have masks, hand sanitiser and gloves available. The appointment will be a maximum of 2 hours long and a minimum of 1 hour between appointments to allow for cleaning. Please to not come more than 15 minutes early. All gowns and accessories will be removed from stock for 72 hours before and after appointments. You will be able to try up to 4 gowns at any one appointment, (possibly more) We have books of styles in the shop for you to look at. The same gown can be tried on multiple times at each appointment and you will be able to make another appointment to try on more. Flower girl appointments will be discussed when arranging the appointment. Accessories appointments will be restricted to 4 items being tried on.
When enquiring about an appointment it would be helpful if you could let us know what size you are, any styles you particularly like from our gowns page, and what price you do not wish to go over, so that we can make sure we have the largest selection of gowns available for you to chose from. It is also good to know when the wedding is.
